Our condo was fully remodeled in 2022. New bathroom, new kitchen, all new furniture, and new split unit air conditioners. It is a one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps four. There is a king size bed, with high-end linens in the bedroom and a queen size sofa/sleeper in the living room. The kitchen was fully updated and has new appliances as well as a selection of small appliances, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. Split unit air conditioning and ceiling fans keep you cool if needed and our keyless entry system makes your access easy.

 

Why This Property? Ma'alaea Surf resort is a unique property. Easy access to all Maui activities. It is low density resort unlike many of the resorts on Maui. It is centrally

located in North Kihei, near Kahului and the airport, Ka'anapali/Kapalua to the north and Wailea/Makena to the south.

 

The resort has two beachfront pools, shuffle board tennis and pickleball courts for our guests' enjoyment as well as eight common use barbeques and guest laundry areas.

 

Sugar Beach is one of the longest beaches in Maui that stretches for miles and is great for walking and jogging. Enjoy other activities as well including swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding or simple kick back and watch the whales when they are in season.

 

My wife Judy and I honeymooned in Maui many years ago. We have returned frequently over the years as we never tire of the beauty of Maui. We are happy to share our condo and the beauty of Maui with our guests.
